This Daddy Long Legs spider was high up in the corner of my shower this morning. I retrieved him to try a spider photo shoot! It is funny how such an innocuous spider can look a bit scary when it is close up.
Not done a spider close up but I have had my macro tubes on a bumble bee. The detail on their faces is amazing. This is a fab image. Very nicely done 😊
@hermann Don't worry Sally, he's not very big - only about 10 mm body, but the legs are very long. @littleconnie Thanks Connie @paul10 Thanks Paul - I love the way macro brings out details - so fascinating! @wag864 Thanks Kas - he really is a very innocuous looking spider! Wouldn't really warrant a second glance! @jgpittenger Thanks Jane :-) @happypat Not really a whopper, but I guess it looks like it in the image. I love the eyes too - and the hairs on them! @Dawn Thanks Dawn @eudora Thanks Diane @robz Thanks Rob, yes I did get his eyes - was so happy to do so. Crazy to see the detail in macro - I am loving it!! @888rachel@haskar Thanks so much :-)
