To close for comfort...

Everything happened really fast...I was walking up a small hill and as I reached the crest, this fox was coming up the other side. We were face to face 10-15 yards, I took a few steps back and he stopped for a second before running away. No time for any camera adjustments, just aim and shoot.
In Yellowstone it is expected that you stay 100 yards from bears and wolves and 25 yards from all other animals. It was not my intention to be that close, but oh what a thrill
Such a wonderful sighting and capture . Such a natural pose as if he/she was looking for that escape route A big fav for me !
