@jackies365 Thanks! Actually we asked the farmer permission and he was fine with us shooting his sunflowers but repeatedly asked us not to disclose his location on FB since that is his livelihood and he’s afraid of photogs trampling his fields.
@dridsdale yes I get that for sure and some people are not as good as you about asking permission and will walk through fields and not just stay at the edge and shoot. I know they are having that issue in the lavender fields. but the photographers I am referencing are ones who don't want other people to get the same shots as theirs...outside Traverse City area there were fields and fields of them...no photogs to be seen!
