For a good many years now my family's Christmas Day tradition has been to turn on Santa's Marching Band when we are ready to gather around the Christmas tree for present opening. With each passing year this tradition becomes more precious to me.
When turned on, the "band members" (all of whom are spread as ornaments around our tree) play 18 different Christmas carols by twisting to hit the bells on each side. I enjoy hearing these, and celebrate the wonderful memories that these joyful sounds bring.
It's been a joy reading about and seeing the pictures that represent family traditions here on 365. Yours sounds like a darling one with all these little characters ringing out songs of good cheer. Here's hoping your Christmas Day was merry and bright.
Thank you for the comment and fav shared on my manger and crown photo. Appreciate those.
I can imagine your delight when the marching band begins to play those joyful tunes. A smile comes to my face just thinking about it. Your capture here is sweet as can be. Traditions make the holidays so very special, and I enjoyed reading about yours.
