2018.03.29 Thursday: Today was opening day for our favorite baseball team. They managed to win this first home game -- but for most of the game it didn't look like they had a chance. If this game is any indication, they plan to keep the games exciting this season!
Today was a rather rainy day in my region ...We watched the game on television in the comfort of our own home. As you can see from this photo, it was as good as (possibly even better!) than being there.
Having watched baseball on TV with my mom back in the day when she was a Mets fan and having been to the live version with my brother-in-law and sister who are huge Yankees fans, I really can say they're almost two completely different experiences! Glad your team won!
