The long and winding road

Lester and I went to Dunstable Downs for lunch today - just to get out for a little while. We didn't stay long; it was very, very windy there today. There were still lots of people walking over the downs and going to the Gateway Centre for lunch or a warming cuppa, though.
I got rather cold hands waiting, with camera at the ready, for that rider to come closer but she disappeared down the hillside!
