Many thanks for your concern about my tumble. I'm glad to report that, after another night's rest, everything seems to have settled back down - fingers crossed!

We're enjoying a late summer here at the moment, and very nice it is too after all the rain we had when summer was supposed to be happening.
Lester and I went to Southend for lunch and a walk along the waterfront. The sun was warm but there was a gentle, cool breeze which was very pleasant.
