Railings and reflections

This is the brook that runs alongside the Heron Path in Wendover. Lester and I went for a walk into town and along the Heron Path on Saturday afternoon. We were both in need of some air and a walk through the snow was just the thing. I like these railings; they've got character.

I think our natural instinct is to hibernate in this weather (or perhaps I'm just lazy), but I always feel better for some fresh air too! Lovely rickety old railings reflected in the water, it looks cold!
