Security conscious

The ceildih band Lester plays in had a booking at the local church on Saturday. It's only fifteen minutes' walk away from our house but I hitched a lift with him to save my arms a bit on tripod haulage and then played cameras until it got too cold.
This was taken at the side of the church entrance porch.

You can't trust a bike to stay still even at church nowadays. The highlights somehow make the bikes look lonely, as if they'd like to be inside the lit windows.

Oh, a night shot! I rather like the feast of chrome-ness highlighted under the lighted window. The wall textures are nice too.

This is a lovely shot. A little dark top left. However, a great composition. This would have been a great shot to bracket and blend in PS. The texture of the walls is rather peripheral and bracketing would have enabled you to bring that out. There are great shapes and lines in here. it is better viewed large.
