One of those better on large view ones if you have a moment. Thank you.
Lester and I went into the cathedral while we were at St.Albans on Saturday.
This candle holder in, I think, St.Mary's chapel in the cathedral caught my eye. It's gilded with paint but also with some spotlighting which emitted an orangey light. As an idea of what the light was like, the candle itself is a typical, cream-coloured, church candle

Lovely composition. I really also love the candle. On close up its really beautiful. You have really showed all the detail on the statue, not always easy in church light.
Like this. Personally I would have not put it on the third. I would like to see this as a vertical letterbox crop. Then the boring rhside of the shot would have not drawn the eye. The statue is lovely and the light is beautiful.
