Great patterns - are they slates?

@phil_howcroft @janturnbull They are indeed slates and are part of a water feature/sculpture, by Dan Reuben Harvey and Heather Ackroyd and called Seven Slate Towers, situated in Kew Gardens. The water wasn't running on the day I took this.

Love the sharp lines of the slate and the contrast of light and dark shadows. Another wonderful abstract.

@netkonnexion Oooh, thank you!
It's part of a water feature called Seven Slate Towers and it lives in Kew Gardens. http://www.kew.org/sites/default/files/map%20of%20Kew%20Gardens%202016.pdf

@netkonnexion Ooops - sorry! It's situated in the Secluded Garden, just above the Princess of Wales Conservatory, over to the right of the map and up a bit from the bottom.

Fab shapes arranged so well. What a great feature. The light and shadow you have on it really enhances it. Fav

Glad to read it is a water feature, I was worried someone had too much time on their hands when stacking the slate! You're eye for shape, light and texture is wonderful Alison :) Fav
