This shop in the covered market in Oxford specialises in making and decorating cakes. There were members of staff sitting at work benches in the windows doing the most amazing sugarcraft modelling. The lady here is making a Noah's Ark and that's a cake model of the Radcliffe Camera you can see in front of her.
