I had to wake my son up this morning, and he was not happy about it. Every morning, I pick out his outfit and give him two choices for socks that he can wear that day. He has all sorts of different socks from trucks to guitars to animals so he enjoys picking a pair each morning. Not this morning! He could not decide between polar bears and fireman hat socks. For five minutes, he kept both pairs in his hands and went back and forth. He finally chose polar bear socks, so I put them on and pulled down his pant legs. Well, that was the wrong thing to do. Today, he had to see his socks, so I rolled up his pants and he walked around the house so that we could all see the polar bear socks.
Oh, and I think this project is making an impression on him because as soon as I pulled out the camera to snap this photo, he looked at me, stared at the camera and said ‘cheese’.
but they are very smart socks! and it's far better he looks at the camera rather than hiding behind his hands or turning away, which is what most of my subjects do
i think he made a good choice on the socks;)
