Crazy, busy, long day today. I didn't get enough sleep because I was stressed about work. My husband had to be at work early, so I had to get me and the two boys ready. Worked all day, came home and was so excited to see the boys. Literally, 3 seconds after I picked up the baby, he puked all over me. My mother-in-law was awesome and fed my older son M. while I changed out of my puke covered work clothes. I then got M. into his jammies and tried to get everyone to calm down. Neither of them were having it. M. was a lunatic and bouncing all over the place, and L. was just sad and crying. It was a rough hour until my husband came home and helped out. After we got M. to bed, I sat on the kitchen floor with L. and had a bowl of oatmeal for dinner.
Being a mom is crazy busy, but it really is the most rewarding job. I just love my boys.
I dont miss them being small for sure.. Both of mine are teenagers and I can see the light at the end of te tunnel... But it has always been an amazing journey and one I would not swap :) Beautiful shot
I can relate to your story! I fed Hayden before work the other day and he puked all over my work clothes:( Yes, being a mom is hard work...but the best job ever! :)
