This may seem quite mundane, but I have not pumped gas in almost five years so I felt it was necessary to document the end of my streak. My sweet husband likes to take care of me, so he always fills my gas tank up. However, last night he was so tired that I didn't want him to run out.
This was the first time I got to use my gorillapod as intended and hung my camera from my door handle. Kind of freaked me out that it could fall.
Another great thing about New Jersey...we don't have to pump our own gas. I sit in the warm or cool comfort of my car while someone is waiting there to do it for me. And we still pay less than most of the rest of the country. Thanks for sharing and reminding me how good we have it
H therei....boy you come up with some wonderful ideas to use as subjects for your pictures. I would've never thought of one taking pumping gas.
now to the challenge.. when I took a look at quite a few of your pictures I really got the impression you've tried almost everything already.. I especially love your family pictures, now what I had in mind for you is to take a picture of a tiny object ..something like an ant or a small bug or whatever you like to choose.....use your point and shoot camera and see if you get it close enough so that the picture turns our fairly big without any editing - something like this one I took. http://365project.org/bruni/sunrise-sunset/2011-09-02
