I was invited to watch an Aikido session this morning - it was beautiful. As they were closing, the students feet struck me (as did the whole experience). Thanks Aikiuser :-)

@quietpurplehaze thanks - I'm intrigued by Tai Chi as well - when I lived in So Cal and traffic wasn't so ugh that I could get to the beach - I'd often seen a group in the a.m. practicing what I think was Tai Chi and it looked wonderful.
