Warble or Not To Warble

Not sure if this is a warbler or a gnat or fly catcher. Him and bunch of his buddies are hanging out in our trees. Super fast and when they fly, they look like tiny torpedos! I got in the tree and he didn't realize I was there... but then he did! And he was gone!
