Afternoon break, walking mission plaza, and the plaza often serves as a hang-out for the less fortunate, homeless folk. This was clearly everything this person had in the world, deposited on the grass as he was in the public restroom possibly showering... This dog would make eye contact but was in no way aggressive. Had I approached further, he did seem like he'd wag that ol' tail - but no telling as I wasn't willing to disturb him. I just thought he was cool as he watched over his human companion's belongings. 3.10.16
