Love taking pictures of fire - this was a huge bonfire on the beach this night. These folks dug down into the sand, set those 2x4s in the hole - they were taller than me, even in the hole, then we jumped because of this wild whoosh noise - loud enough to sound loud over the roaring Pacific Ocean - it was a blow torch! They walked around all the 2x4s and for several minutes, blew fire on them until they fully ignited. We were actually on the beach to watch a parade of vehicles ride on the shore and dunes, lit with Christmas lights - the bonfire was the best :-)
