This monarch was huge! He kept at my feet no matter where I went so I thought I should grab my camera - He was hungry! He was so close that I had a hard time backing off with the camera as I didn't want to scare him! I thought he'd be appropriate for today ~ bringing good tidings and carrying all our wishes for peace, light, love and unity to the world ~ Here's to hoping we will grow and spread the light this year. There were more pics but I'm having difficulties with LR to get it from RAW and equally having issues w/the mac so... you've been spared :-)

Love this area (Grover Beach, Oceano). We visit annually and stop into the Mellodrama, visit the pier, relax...looking forward to more of your pictures!
Oh my goodness another wonderful closeup! I spent the summer chasing butterflies last year but never seemed to catch them landed and still enough for a photo session! Lol!
