@shilohmom @koalagardens @kipper1951 @fbailey thank you so much - I'm glad you enjoyed. It will be just dirt out there soon enough - we got some bonus rain tonight/this morning and I hope it continues through the day (we generally get light rain but out on the Carrizo Plain, being desert, should get a bit more). Thanks again for the encouragement! Leaves me little excuse not to ;-)

Beautiful flowers! Your Superbloom was amazing this year, does it compare to any year past? I don’t recall seeing as much national television coverage as you’ve had this year.

@louannwarren Honestly, it was maybe 1/2 of what it was two years ago. In 2017 it was mind boggling! Southern California has had more of a go of it this year - with all the poppies. I would have loved to have driven down to see them but too too many people. Ours was big and beautiful and definitely a super bloom but I believe the one two years ago was stated as one that happens maybe every 50 to 100 years. 2 years ago - the number of people who came to see it was shocking to me. Especially as I'd only been out there when it was dry, dry, dry! Ironically we had that one about 2/3 of the way in to one of our worst droughts! I'm happy I could share. I posted from the prior superbloom too. :-)
