A picture tells a 1000 words? It also hides a million! At this angle there is no evidence of the near gale-force south-easter pumping through Glencairn, or the pounding surf. The love of kite-surfing has always puzzled me. It's at it's best on spectacularly unpleasant days when the wind is converting the beach into mobile sandpaper. Clearly it takes all types.
