Memories are made of simple things

Not going to win any photographic awards, but I doubt Luke will ever forget the evening the Fanie de Villiers taught him how to make 'krummel pap en sous' (maize meal and sauce).

Then came the modern sport-science lecture about the low GI value of re-heated maize porridge for breakfast - consumed with milk and a little sugar.

I can see a change in the pattern of carb consumption coming up in our home - with immediate effect :)
What a great experience and one of the few Capetonians who enjoys pap and sous

How exciting for him. They will learn so much from a teacher who is also a national hero. I don't believe the cricket from last night. SA have to win from here.

@cmt2812 It has to rank up there as one of the most astounding days of test cricket ever. Fanie called it 'one of the five most interesting test matches in the last century." Mike and Luke have gone to watch today. We all have no doubt that there will be a result today, 'tho I'm not betting on what it will be!

Really, is any of our projects about recieving awards? No. It's about capturing those rare moments that make our projects special to each of us. :-)
