Wet Cobbles

A dull day in Riga. And a dull day here too. I'm I find myself returning to the Baltic trio of Lith/Lat and Est. for inspiration. They are very photogenic.

@busylady Hi! It's a university town, and the atmosphere is vibrant. But I would search to find when there is a folk festival. I went to a Traditional Dance event and was absolutely enthralled!
