It has been so hot the past few days that I opted to try a little bit of night photography.... and there is so much to learn.... So when the sun was away I ventured out to play. I went up to the Cittadella in Victoria Gozo and guess what? I was completely alone, like a ghost lurking the empty streets of this tiny enclosed city ( https://365project.org/elza/extra-curricula/2021-06-25 ). One of the first shots (around 11.30) was just outside the citadel in the ditch below the main entrance. The clouds were sometimes hiding the moon and at other times letting it peep through. Between 1839 and 1843, the British built an aqueduct to transport water from Għar Ilma in the limits of Kerċem to the capital Victoria. A reservoir was built within the ditch of the Cittadella to store water. The obelisk was built near the reservoirs to commemorate the opening of the aqueduct.
