The shiny door knocker caught my eye as it stood silently hanging on a dark blue door in a quiet alley. I was a bit disappointed as the dark blue of the door was lost in the picture. Glad to have at least got a sharp image. (I lost count on how many "me" reflections there are.) Best seen on black.
Door knockers bring to mind, "Knock and the door will be opened to you." With the previous two verbs, "ask" and "seek" as written in Matthew, to knock implies a physical movement, one in which we are called to take action to make this world a better place.
