The weather is getting warmer and the nights longer. I drove back through Bushy Park and took this photograph just before 6 o'clock this evening.
It is an oak tree which luckily was not damaged by the recent gales. It has featured in a number of my photographs over the years, especially in the snow. The sun had just set and there was a smell of spring in the air - or maybe it was the deer!
