Mum and I have travelled to Oxford today to stay in the same hotel that Colin and I stayed in last October. This is Mum's delayed 70th birthday present!
The grounds are lovely and at the bottom the river Thames flows by although much narrower than in Teddington. There were a number of pairs of geese with goslings on the riverbank - here are a pair of very protective Pilgrim Geese parents (the male is white with amazingly blue eyes) and a total of six goslings!!
