A few weeks ago I photographed the blackberries that have been ripening in our back garden. We have now collected and frozen enough blackberries to fill over 3 large tubs. I estimate that we’ve picked well over 5lbs in weight so far and that’s not including those we have eaten! I wash them and then spread out the berries to freeze on trays.
