I found another framed sign (with a little help)! We still do not officially know who is responsible but a Twitter account for the ‘Phantom Framer’ has been set up. Unfortunately the council have started to remove the signs although they are keeping them safely in case anyone decided to claim them. Everyone likes them and we’d like them to stay so a petition is doing the rounds to campaign for them to stay.
