Dinner party time again and this time I'm in charge of the lot as Colin is out playing golf!
I rather cheated and made the starter of salmon and prawn mousse and the dessert of raspberry Crème brûlée the day before. Main course is spaghetti bolognese which may sound strange but we are having a contest with our friends as to who makes the best one (it's all fun here you know)!
