Another of my creations - a coffee cake for Chris's birthday meal this evening. For the first time ever I managed NOT to scrape the bowl or try anything as part of my health kick. The topping is a new one for me - chocolate covered popping candy.
The venue for the evening is the one I have planned for my photo club function in the summer and if tonights service and meal was anything to go by, we'll have a good time
