The day before New Years Eve - our Christmas tree is still going strong and looks amazing. This is Kola bear from Australia along with Bruin from Brugge and our wooden bell from Prague.
Today I was trying out a new recipe for a posh dessert for a dinner party we have been invited to for New Years Eve. I am making a St Clements flan... first stage complete of baking the base and topping. Tomorrow I have to get it out of the container and top it... watch this space!
