17th September 2017

Our last full day in the UK, Europe and the Northern hemisphere!

After sprawling on my case to try and get it zipped up (achieved it only sacrificing my travel towel back to the airing cupboard!) and making our currency charts we headed out.

Teddington had just got a farmers market. It opened last week when we were down in Penzance and this is only the second week of trading. It really is good and this is just a small selection of the stalls and produce on sale. We bought some excellent pies (beef and stilton and beef and ale) for lunch along with some vine tomatoes and two massive cinnamon buns for tea later on.

I really hope it does well and I'm trying to promote it via Twitter and Facebook to make it a success.
What is a currency chart!! Never used one

@padlock How have you survived without one of my home-made currency charts?! I created a spread sheet where you just change the exchange rate and it prints a small table for use when abroad - quicker than checking by phone and a bit more subtle.

I like the balance in this.

I might be tempted to swap positions of 'Bread' and 'Pie Station' but otherwise I think it works great.
