I had a meeting first thing in the morning at Orleans House to discuss their Christmas card requirements. I caught the bus and walked down Crown Road as it’s a nightmare to drive. It’s a lovely walk through a wooded area to Orleans House - another good order to make up.
Unexpectedly Colin called as he only played 9-holes of golf and so I got a much welcome lift back home for an early lunch before we caught the bus into Kingston. I needed to pick up some clothes and we had planned to pick up some euros from John Lewis but as their money machine had broken we stuck to a couple of cups of free teas with our vouchers.
I have discovered that I was bitten a number of times, probably from our drinks in the garden last night - I’m covered!
