Great timing! The sweeping curve of the shoreline leads the eye through the image and the splash of spray makes a satisfying focal point.

Good catch. This would have made a nice composition, although slightly boring, without the splash. Capturing the splash makes it 100% better. I've tried to get shots like this. The timing can be quite difficult.
