Brave gentleman

I am guessing that this Irish gentleman must be between 70 and 75 years old. Every morning since many years, rain or shine, freeze or blow, he has made his 30+ minutes of running on the beach, interrupted by short swimming sequences, in this simple oufit (bare chest, bare feet, and a simple swimming suit). I feel very humble when I see him.

He's quite inspiring. And the scenery is so different to here - incredibly green right up to the coastline.
