Taco Boudreaux's is a "Louisiana-Mexican Fusion" restaurant. Not sure exactly what that is, as we haven't eaten there yet. I intended to photograph the truck for Cinco de Mayo but didn't get around to it until today...still catching up!
Diane, is Cinco de Mayo a holiday in your area - I know it means 5th of May..in Germany we had a holiday on the 1st of May, the truck is good advertisement for the restaurant.
@bruni I think Cinco de Mayo is a Latin American/Mexican holiday Bruni- but it's gained popularity here over the years.
