Work in progress

In my photography class this week, the assignment is to photograph something that looks like something else. This is a philodendron leaf sheath. I wanted it to look like water or, turned on its side, a slot canyon. I'll try again tomorrow!

Actually I think it looks like hair! But it could work as one of those water captures where they slow the motion of the water down. Nice!
