Our friend Rick opened his new restaurant today after two months of grueling renovations. We had a nice brunch and met some interesting people. Our server had worked in New Orleans after Katrina, so we traded hurricane stories. And one of the Florida Highwaymen artists was planning the mural she'll be painting in the dining room.
