George Rodrigue's unfinished last painting. His family donated his studio to the Bayou Teche Museum in New Iberia, LA where he grew up. He was remarkable man who gave much back to Louisiana.
I was going to ask if he is the one who initiated the blue dog series but then I read your link and realize that he was Terrific to find it this half finished painting in his museum. A fabulous photo
