Spotted at the Baton Rouge Blues Festival. I wasn't sure if he was a blues fan waiting for the next set or a homeless man (I rarely photograph homeless people unless they ask me to.) His hands were clean and his boots in good shape, so I concluded he was a fan, just a little tired.
