This beautiful cat (Elvira) is one of three that my husband and I trapped and had neutered last August https://365project.org/eudora/365/2018-08-26 They live on and under our deck and greet us at the kitchen door each morning, waiting for breakfast. They supervise our work in the yard and join us when we relax on the deck. The mother is still wary, but sometimes the young ones let us pet them. They will never be house cats, but they bring joy to our lives. It breaks my heart that there are so many feral cats and homeless dogs who lead precarious lives.
