Instead, we got a rainbow

Severe thunderstorms and tornadoes were forecast from afternoon till 10 pm. Schools closed early. About 5:30 the sun came out and there was a rainbow!

Oh how pretty! It hit us during the night and I slept through it! I think all we got was rain too. Better to be prpared for the worst and not need it though.
