@grammyn They don't seem to have enough for every grave. An organization called Wreaths across America does it and I think they rely on donations. Not sure how it works, but I remember Boy Scouts used to help place the wreaths.
@eudora Thanks Diane I follow someone who posts this from Arlington and they all seem to have them there. I was just wondering and your explanation seems reasonable
@grammyn Arlington must be beautiful with the wreaths! I've seen pictures. They probably have one for each grave, since it is sort of THE national cemetery and so many people visit it. We don't have any family members buried in national cemeteries, but I always find them moving. I took Brandon to Arlington when he was little. Maybe that's one reason why he joined the Army.
