@olivetreeann Thanks. I was wondering why I got this close, but noticed it was shot with a long lens. I find them scary because they can look like they are asleep, then lunge.
I see so many of them here. They seem to avoid confrontations with people unless you step on them wading in water looking for a thrill and being stupid as so many are when it comes to gators. I’ve had my share of close calls.
