@eudora That's a great way to honor him during the game. I was sad to learn about his death back then. I always loved the Blue Dog (as I'm sure many others did). I didn't realize he graduated from ULL either.
@olivetreeann Thanks for you comment--and continued support. I never asked about the fleur de lis stickers but figured they are for good plays. The Blue Dog sticker is a tribute to Blue Dog artist George Rodrigue, a graduate of UL who died last December ( http://1079ishot.com/cajuns-football-george-rodrigue-blue-dog-helmet-photo/). Rodrigue was a remarkable man who gave back to Louisiana in many ways, supporting charities and youth art.
