It was a very chilly, foggy day here in my city, so I got out to photograph some fog, but ended up here. I have been running on empty lately, so thank you for your patience in my posting!

This is a super shot Wendy, love the tones and focus and the title is something I can so relate to...I love how it draws you into the centre as well :)
I have tried images like this many times over the years. My sense is that they are very, very tough to capture with the proper lighting, perspective and composition, but you've nailed it! Really cool!
