Yes, another portrait shot! I just had to get some portraits of my daughter in the Garden of the Gods before the temperature falls and these flowers are no longer there! I did some different editing on this shot and want to know which you like best. In my other album I will post a more almost sic shot for comparison.
@mhatch Thank you so much for your comments! We are hanging in there. Had some major leakage into our basement which was caught in time to cause minimal damage. I was bailing out water from out window wells early Thursday morning and again Friday. It was flowing into our basement that we just finished (lived in this house 11 years and never had a problem...figures we picked now to finish it off). Have been drying out carpet and seems to be doing fine. We are supposed to have rain all day tomorrow, so I have made a couple of trenches in yard to divert water. Hope it holds. It is scary, but nothing compared to what is happening north of us in Boulder and Estes Park area. I am counting myself fortunate!
