Taken at sunset on County Road 7 of Mt. Sneffles. The aspens were spectacular this year and the scrub oak happened to peak at the same time! Such serenity as the sun dipped below the horizon and the winds calmed with the lasting glow in the sky. It's times like this one that I just take time to breathe in the fresh air, take in the sights, the sounds and remember the important things in life.
That's about as pretty as I've seen the Sneffels area - drove down there every fall we were in Colorado. Your composition is fantastic. Catching those awesome clouds at that time of night was perfect. Fav
